A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CAHLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM RESIDENTIAL-LOW
(RLM, 0-4 DU/AC) TO RESIDENTIAL HIGH (R-H, 20-30 DU/I
PROPERTY GENEFALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TAMAE
AVENUE BETWEEN HIBISCUS CIRCLE AND THE AT&SF RAILROAI
