CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A ZONE CHANGE FROM PI

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert
wit:
Parcels 2 and 3 of Parcel Map 3415, filed in the Oj
of the County Recorder, January 21, 1975 as File Nc
014212 of Official Records,
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tl:
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 26th di
October, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr:
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per:
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor!
relating to the Zone Change; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann:
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear.

Commercial designation specified for this property by th
Land Use Element of the General Plan.

impacts and a Negative Declaration has been issued by th
Planning Commission on October 26, 1983.
5 Use Planning Manager on October 5, 1983 and approved by

7 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
the 26th day of October, 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
