HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-10-26; Planning Commission; Resolution 2210Y "> e e 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2210 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT EIR 83-7 FOR A PROJECT GENERALLY INCLUDING: 1) A GENERAL PLAN AMEN1 MENT FROM RM TO RMH AND OS AND A ZONE CHANGE FROM COUNTY E-1-A TO CITY OF CARLSBAD RD-M(Q) AND 0-S ON 36 ACRE PARCEL SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT BUSINESS PA! AND 1500 FEET WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: ROBERT'S GROUP CASE NO: EIR 83-7 WHEREAS, on October 26, 1983, the Planning Commissic the City of Carlsbad, held a public hearing on EIR 83-7 purs' the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; a. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the comments and documents of all those persons testifying at th' public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR 8 according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Mu Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Comm of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 2) That the Environmental Impact Report EIR 83-7 will be am include the comments and documents of those testifying a public hearing and responses thereto hereby found to be faith and reason by incorporating a copy of the minutes public hearings into the report. 3) That the Planning Commission finds and determines that t Environmental Impact Report EIR 83-7 has been completed conformance with the California Environmental Quality Ac state guidelines implementing said Act, and the provisio Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and that the Pla Commission has reviewed, considered and evaluated the information contained in the report. 4) That the Environmental Impact Report EIR 83-7 as so amen evaluated, is recommended for acceptance and certificati the final Environmental Impact Report and that the final Environmental Impact Report as recommended is adequate a provides reasonable information on the project and all reasonable and feasible alternatives thereto, including project.
