CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 9 UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND
CONDOMINIUM PEWTIT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
ON .45 ACRES AT 347 PINE AVENUE

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a req

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 9th day
November, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
