CASE NO: V-351 LOCATED OM ,45 ACRES AT 347 PINE AVENUE, WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert) wit: the northeasterly 65 feet of lot 218 and the northeasterly 65 feet of the northwesterly 100 feet lot 29 at Thum Lands filed in San Diego County on December 9, 1915, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission: and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a rec as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 9th day November, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrj law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and a: testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to 1 heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to tht Variance; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannil Commission sion as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. (B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari~ Commission approves V-351, based on the following findinc subject to the following conditions: //// 28 I/// r . ."
