APPLICANT: DECKELMAN CASE NO: V-350 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property wit: portion 1 of Cedar Hill Addition, Map 532 City of Carlsbad, filed in the County of San Diego, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thc Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re( as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, tne Planning Commission did on the 9th day November , 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and a testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to th Variance; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni Commission as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. (B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari Commission APPROVES V-350, based on the following findir subject to the following conditions: Findings: 1) There are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances applicable to the property that do not apply generally t other property in the same vicinity in that the existinc was built at the turn of the Century and may have histor value.
