PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO, 2178
I A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY (
CARLSBAD, CLAIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZON
CHANGE FROM R-1-10,OOO TO RDM( Q) ON PROPERTY GENERAL
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CHESTNUT AVENUE A
CAMINO REAL.
APPLICANT: HUMPHREY'S I CASE NO.: ZC-268
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property 7 wit: a
9 Heights per Map No. 5328, County of San Diego
A subdivision of Lots 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 of C

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
12 WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as

relating to the Zone Change; and 21
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors 20
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all perso 19
WHEREAS, as said public hearing, upon hearing and 18
request; and 17
duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider 16
days of September, 1983 and the 23rd day of November, 1983 ho 15
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 14th and 14
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannin

applicant shall pay a public facilities fee as required
