', i) 01 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 I 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2221 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM C-1, (2-2, AND R- ~-10 TO CT (Q) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF INTERSTATE 5 AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, APPLICANT: PALOMAR AND CO. CASE NO: ZC-292 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propel wit: Portion of Lot "HI' of Rancho Agua Hedionda accord: Map No. 823 filed November 16, 1896 , has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to 1 Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request a$ provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 23rd ( November, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pel desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto: relating to the Zone Change; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plan] Commission as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
