A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 1
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAS'
PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER PLAN ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE CALAVERA HILLS MAS'
PLAN AREA.

Planning Commission: and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a req
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannin

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
