A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITl
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED 64-UNIT TENTATIT
MAP AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW A TOTAL (
LOTS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF NEBLINA
AND SOUTH OF FUTURE TAMARACK AVENUE IN THE R-A-10, (
ZONE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper1

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann
Commission as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B) That based on evidence presented at the public hearing
Commission recommends APPROVAL of CT 82-5(A)/PUD-39(A)
on the following findings and subject to the following

1) The project is consistent with the City's general plan

5) The Land Use Planning Manager has determined that this
will have no impact on the environment and, therefore,
issued a Negative Declaration, dated November 23, 1983
was approved by the Planning Commission on December 14,
General Conditions:
1) Approval is granted for CT 82-5 (A) /PUD-39 (A), as shown
Exhibit "A", dated December 14, 1983, incorporated by
reference and on file in the Land Use Planning Office.
Development shall occur substantially as shown unless
otherwise noted in these conditions.
2) This project is approved upon the express condition tha
