I/ PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2230 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ADJACENT TO MONROE AVENUE AND HOSP WAY. Any changes to the map created by this amendment shall require the submittal o new 500' scale map. 8) All parking lot trees shall be a minimum of 15 gallons size. 9) All landscaped areas shall be maintained in a healthy a thriving condition, free from weeds, trash, and debris. 10) Any signs proposed for this development shall be design conformance with the City's Sign Ordinance and shall re review and approval of the Land Use Planning Manager pr installation of such signs. 11) All roof appurtenances, including air conditioners, sha architecturally integrated and shielded from view and t sound buffered from adjacent properties and streets, pu to Building Department Policy No. 80-6, to the satisfac the Land Use Planning Manager and Building and Planning Director. 12) The project shall provide bus stop facilities at locati subject to the satisfaction of the North County Transit trict. Said facilities shall at a minimum include a be free from advertising, and a pole for the bus stop sign bench and pole shall be designed in a manner so as to r: detract from the basic architectural theme of the proje said design shall be subject to the approval of the Lan Planning Manager and North County Transit District. 13) All garages with entries facing a private driveway shal maintain either a 5 foot to 8 foot setback or a 20 foot setback from the edge of pavement. Garages with entrie facing a sidewalk shall maintain at least a 20 foot set from the edge of the sidewalk. 14) Recreational vehicle storage shall be provided per sect 21.45.090 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code to the satisfa of the Land Use Planning Manager.
