A RE;SOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITl
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FIFTY UNIT TENTA'I
TRACT MAP AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENEW
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LINCOLN AVENUE i
WALNUT AVENUE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper1

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni
Commission as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
