A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PI
HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (RH) TO VERY HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (RVH) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
NORTH SIDE OF PINE AVENUE, IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE
RAILROAD.
APPLICANT: PINE STREET APARTMENT COMPLEX

WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to
