GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PINE AVENUE, IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE AT & SF RAILROAD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
