PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2247 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SEVENTEEN UNIT TE TRACT MAP AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERA LOCATED ON THE NORTHSIDE OF GIBRALTER STREET BETWEE COURT AND ROMERIA STREET. APPLICANT: LA COSTA VILLAS CASE NO.: CT 83-40/CP-269 ij /I WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert 711 wit: 8 Lots 376 and 377 of La Costa South Unit 5, Map 660C 9 x0 11 portion of the North half of the Southeast Quarter Section 36, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tl: 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a r( as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 8th d, February, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc. law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 19 (1 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, Of all per 20 21 22 23 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Condominium Permit NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planr Commission as follows: 24 25 26 A) That the above recitations are true and correct. An extension may be requested by the applicant. Said extension shall be approved or denied discretion of the City Council.
