CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF SPECIFIC PLAN 25(B), FOR THE ADDITION OF A 600 SQUARE FOOT PATIO. APPLICANT: TI0 PEPE'S CASE NO: SP-25(B)
