A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 31
UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PINE STREET
EAST OF LINCOLN STREET

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a rei
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code: and

WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and conside
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni:
Commission as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B) That based on the evidence presented at the hearing, the
mission APPROVES PCD-56, based on the following findings subject to the following conditions:

The grading for this project is defined as "controlled
