I_ e e 1 2 3 4 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2252 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 31 UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PINE STREET EAST OF LINCOLN STREET APPLICANT: BEN STABILE 5 wit: 7 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert 6 CASE NO: PCD-56 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 Tract 222 of Thum Lands according to Map No. 1681 f December 9, 1915, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to th Planning Commission: and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a rei as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 22nd da: February, 1984, consider said request: and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and conside all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to thi Planning Commission Determination; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni: Commission as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
