A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP FOR 132 UNITS ON 4.1 ACRES ON
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CARLSBA
BOULEVARD AND ELM AVENUE.
