PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2266
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF
GENERALLY INCLUDING: A ZONE CHANGE, A TENTATIVE Mp
SPECIFIC PLAN ON APPROXIMATELY 99 ACRES LOCATED ON EAST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL NORTH AND SOUTH OF COLI BOULEVARD.
APPLICANT: DEL MAR FINANCIAL
CASE NO: EIR 83-1
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of March, 1984, the Plannj
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, held public hearing on E
pursuant to the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Munic
Code; and
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, EIR 83-11 FOR A PROJEC
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the
comments and documents of all those persons testifying at tl
public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR I
according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad MI
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Coml
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Environmental Impact Report EIR 83-1 will be a] to include the comments and documents of those testifyil
the public hearing and responses thereto hereby found tc good faith and reason by incorporating a copy of the mil
said public hearings into the report.
3. That the Planning Commission finds and determines that
Environmental Impact Report EIR 83-1 has been completed conformance with the California Environmental Quality A state guidelines implementing said Act, and the provisi Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and that the P1 Commission has reviewed, considered and evaluated the i tion contained in the report.
