A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF
GENERALLY INCLUDING: l)A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FR
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, EIR 83-8, FOR A PROJEC
(0-1.5 DU/AC) TO RLM (0-4 DU/AC) AND C (GENERAL
COMNERCIAL), AND 2) CHANGE OF ZONE FROM E-1-A (CO.)
R-1-10,OOO AND C-2 ON 85 ACRES LOCATED SOUTH OF PAL
AIRPORT ROAD AND EAST OF LAUREL TREE LANE.
