A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITl CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A 71
RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCA':
