A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIT’I
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A Z(
AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.40 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, BY THE ADDITION OF SECT101
21.40.010(5), 21.40.045, 21.40.115, AND 21.40.117,
INCORPORATE SCENIC CORRIDOR STUDIES INTO THE SCENI(
PRESERVATION OVERLAY ZONE.
