HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-05-09; Planning Commission; Resolution 2274.$ L 0 0 1 I/ PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2274 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SPECIFIC PLAN 19(A), FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING SPECIFIC PLAN TO REGULATE SIGNING ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN CANNON ROAD AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: SP-l9(A) 6 7 8 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert wit: Lots 1-11, Carlsbad Tract No. 72-3, Map 7492, 9 /I has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tk lo 11 Planning Commission; and I.1 /I 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a rec provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th d: April, 1984 and on the 9th day of May, 1984, hold a duly no1 public hearing as prescribed by law, to consider said reque: WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and c( ing all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons des: be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating tc Specific Plan; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning cc sion as follows: ;A) That the foregoing recitations are true and Correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear Commission recommends APPROVAL of SP-l9(A), based on th following findings and subject to the following conditi 1 /I Findings: 26 " 27 1 1 ) The Specific Plan is consistent with the Carlsbad Gener 28 and with Sections 65451 and 65452 of the Government Cod regulate the use of Specific Plans.
