A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, EIR 83-9, FOR A PROJECT
GENERALLY INCLUDING: I ) A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-10,OO
RMHP (MOBILE HOME PARK ZONE), AND 2) A TENTATIVE TRA
AND MOBILE HOME PARK PERMIT ON 29.8 ACRES LOCATED ON
WEST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF CAR
RESEARCH CENTER.

WHEREAS, on the 9th day of May, 1984, the Planning I ommission of the City of Carlsbad, held a public hearing on
10 83-9 pursuant to the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad
11 IP unicipal Code; and
