I/ PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2294 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, EIR 83-9, FOR A PROJECT GENERALLY INCLUDING: I ) A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-10,OO RMHP (MOBILE HOME PARK ZONE), AND 2) A TENTATIVE TRA AND MOBILE HOME PARK PERMIT ON 29.8 ACRES LOCATED ON WEST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF CAR RESEARCH CENTER.
