CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-10,OOO TO
RMHP ON 29 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL IMMEDIATELY
NORTH OF CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER.
