A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A FOOT HIGH WALL WITHIN THE FRONT YARD SETBACK GENERA1 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OCEAN STREET BETWEEN M(
VIEW DRIVE AND PACIFIC AVENUE.

All that portion of Lot 2 and Portion of Lot 3 in S
1, Township 12 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino and Meridian according to official plat map filed i County of San Diego,
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to th
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 23rd d
May, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed

to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pers
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors 2o I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni

Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear
