HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-05-23; Planning Commission; Resolution 2300P // * 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 a 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 ~ 20 21 22 I I 23 25 24 ~ 26 27 I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2300 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EIGHT LOT INDUST SUBDIVISION AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERT GENERALLY LOCATED ON 15.8 ACRES ON THE NORTH SIDE C FARADAY AVENUE, DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM PRIESTLY AVENC APPLICANT: CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER CASE NO.: CT 84-9/PUD-67 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert wit: Lots 2 and 3 of Record Map 10330 recorded February 1982 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, of California, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tk Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 23rd c May, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pers ~ desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor: relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit Develo] NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann: Commission as follows: A) The above recitations are true and correct. The Tentative Map shall reflect the conditi approval by the City. The Map copy shall be submitted t City Engineer prior to improvement plan submittal. Prior to recordation of any final map for this developme owner shall give written consent to the annexation of th shown within the boundaries of the Tentative Map into th existing City of Carlsbad Street Lighting and Landscapir District No. 1 .
