APPLICANT: CAMINO POINTE CARLSBAD CASE NO: PCD-58 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert wit: Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Carlsbad Tract No. 79-27 according to Map No. 10161 filed July 30, 1981, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to th Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 13th da June, 1984, consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and conside all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to th Planning Commission Determination; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni Commission as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. The developer shall obtain approval of 2 repair and maintenance plan satisfactory to the City Er prior to the start of any grading or repair and mainter operations. The developer shall provide the City with mylar tracin! copies of the grading and as-graded plans for the presc existing site in form and content satisfactory to the ( Engineer. In addition, the developer shall provide thc with copies of all supporting logs, journals, calculat: reports and sketches that were generated by Woodward-C: conjunction with the grading of the site as it present: exists.
