PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2316
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AM
MENT TO THE USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM RL
