OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF i 466 UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON 36.7 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER PLAN AREA. APPLICANT: CALAVERA HILLS COMPANY - VILLAGE "T" CASE NO: CT 83-19/PUD-56 7 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert 8 823 filed November 16, 1896 9 wit: Portion of Lot D of Rancho Agua Hedionda according 10 Planning Commission; and 11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tl 12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a rc 13 14 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request 16 May, 1984, and on the 11 th day of July, 1984, hold a duly nc 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 23rd ( 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 18 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factorE 19 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per: relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit DeveloE 20 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannj 22 A) That the above recitations are true and correct. 23 Commission as follows: 24 25 26 27 28 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari the Commission recommends APPROVAL of CT 83-19/PUD-56, k on the following findings and subject to the following conditions: //// //// 1 //// II I 1. '. 0 @ 1 Findings: 2 1) The project is consistent with the City's general plan ! the proposed density of 3.99 du's/acre is within the del the land use element of the general plan.
