A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SUBDIVISION OF AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING INTO A 24-UNIT NON-RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2945 HARDING STREET

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a ret
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th d4
July, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc.
by law, to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persl
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Condominium Permit; i
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannir
Commission as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear:
