HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-07-11; Planning Commission; Resolution 2319t I1 0 0 1 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2319 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SUBDIVISION OF AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING INTO A 24-UNIT NON-RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2945 HARDING STREET APPLICANT: CARLSBAD OFFICE CENTER CASE NO: CT 84-17 6 wit: 7 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert 8 9 Parcel 1 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Die State of California, as shown on Parcel Map No. 256; recorded in the Off ice of the County Recorder of Sal County on April 19, 1974. A.P.N. 203-354-14, ''11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thl 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a ret as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th d4 July, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc. by law, to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persl desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Condominium Permit; i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannir Commission as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. Land Use Planning Conditions: 4) The applicant shall establish a homeowner's association corresponding covenants, conditions and restrictions. Lo1 of said receptacles shall be approved by the Land Use P Manager . 8) All roof appurtenances, including air conditioners, sha architecturally integrated and shielded from view and tl sound buffered from adjacent properties and streets, pu' to Building Department Policy No. 80-6, to the satisfac the Land Use Planning Manager and Building and Planning Director. Engineering Conditions: 9) Approval of this tentative tract map shall expire twent! months from the date of City Council approval unless a 1 map is recorded. An extension may be requested by the applicant. Said extension shall be approved or denied i discretion of the City Council.
