CORNER OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND WALNUT AVENUE. APPLICANT: WHALERS COVE APTS . CASE NO.: PCD-60 6 I1 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property 7 wit: ll 8 9 3.0 11 All of Tract 220 and 224 of Thum Lands according to No. 1681 filed December 9, 1915, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and 12 I1 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a rec as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 the Commission APPROVES PCD-60, based on the following WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th dc July, 1984, consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considerj testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to k heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Planning Commission Determination; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannir Commission as follows: A) The the above recitations are true and correct.
