APPLICANT: KAP DEVELOPMENT CASE NO: PCD-59 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert 711 wit: 8 9 Lots 7 through 12 in Block 13 of Sunny Slope Tract, of Carlsbad, Map No. 486, filed in San Diego County February 7, 1888, loll has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to th l1 I/ Planning Commission; and 12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re l3 I’ heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to tk l8 all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desirinc l7 WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and conside 16 July, 1984, consider said request; and l5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 11th da 14 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 1 Planning Commission Determination; and 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannj 21 mission DENIES PCD-59, based on the following findings: 24 (B) That based on the evidence presented at the hearing, thc 23 (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 22 Commission as follows: 25 11 Findings: 26 27 28 1) The density of the proposed project is incompatible witl surrounding existing and future densities.
