A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A PLANNING COMMISSION DETERMINATION TO ALLOW AN
18-UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF KNOWLES AVENUE,
ACROSS FROM DAVIS AVENUE. APPLICANT: KAP DEVELOPMENT
