CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND
CONDOMINIUM PERMIT FOR 496 UNITS ON 34 ACRES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF RANCHO SANTA
FE ROAD AND SOUTH OF THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF LA COSTA AVENUE.

The developer shall exercise special care during the construction phase of this project to prevent any off-s
