A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN 84-UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON 64.2 ACRES OF
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER PLAN AREA.
