A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM COUNTY
AGRICULTURE ZONE (E-1-A) TO CITY R-1-7500 AND
OS ON 85 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EAST OF
LAUREL TREE LANE

project. In addition, the Planning Commission has condition that a note shall be placed on the final
that building permits may not be issued for the prc unless the City Engineer determines that sewer serv available, and building cannot occur within the prc unless sewer service remains available, and the P~E Commission is satisfied that the requirements of tl:
