A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A 244
UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BETVEEN CAMINO DE LAS ONDAS AND
BUTTER CUP ROAD, EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE.
