A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COPD'IISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A
TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP AND CONDOMINIUM
PERMIT FOR 12 UNITS ON .65 ACRES ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF OLIVE
AVENUE BETWEEN THE AT&SF RAILROAD AND GARFIELD

Commission as follows:
(A) That the above recitations are true and correct.

Findings:
1) The project is not consistent with the City's general p
since the proposed density of 18.4 du's/acre is towards
high end of the 10-20 du's/acre range specified for the
