APPLICANT: LA COSTA HOTEL AND SPA CASE NO: CUP-258 6 8 City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; ant 7 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re1 9 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 10 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipa. 1111 Code, the Planning Commission did, on the 10th day of Octobe~ 12111984, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider said l3 11 application on property described as: 14 15 16 17 Those portions of Section 26 and 35 in Township 12 ! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannir Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. The design of all private streets and drainage systems I be approved by the City Engineer prior to approval of tE final map. The structural section of all private street shall conform to City of Carlsbad Standards based on R--T tests.
