A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLE

WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to
eneral Plan designation for certain property located, as shc

erein, have been filed with the Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, said verified applications constitute a rei
for amendment as provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Munici'
Code; and

21 I/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni 22

25 applicable law, the decision of the Planning Commissior
recommend APPROVAL of GPA/LU 84-13, as shown on Exhibit
26 dated October 24, 1984.
27 Findings:
28 1) The combination district is the most appropriate land 1
the project site, for the reasons discussed in the staf
report.
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
