APPLICANT: OLIVENHAIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT CASE NO.: SP-196 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert /Iwit: A portion of Lot 10 of Rancho Las Encinitas accordi Map thereof No. 848, filed in the Office of the Cou Recorder, lying south and west of Survey 454 and ea Road Survey 1631 , has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 24th da October, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and /considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pers desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Specific Plan; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni Commission as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
