A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SP-1 3.36 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1966 OLIVENHAIN R
THE NORTH SIDE OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD, EAST AND WEST OF SANTA FE ROAD. APPLICANT: OLIVENHAIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 24th da
October, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
/considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pers
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the Specific Plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni
Commission as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear

Findings:
1) The site is physically suitable in size and shape to
3 accommodate existing uses and those permitted by the SE plan, as discussed in the Staff Report.
