A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REVOKING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONDUCT A VIDEO
ARCADE BUSINESS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE LOWER LEVEL OF PLAZA CAMINO REAL AT 2525 EL
CAMINO REAL.
APPLICANT: WOOLWORTH'S
CASE NO: CUP-234
WHEREAS, a conditional use permit has been approve(
City of Carlsbad Planning Commission on the 14th day of Sepi
1983; and
WHEREAS, numerous complaints have been brought to
attention of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municip,

Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

1) That Condition No. 4 of Planning Commission Resolution 8
2176 requires that CUP-234 be reviewed on a yearly basi5
