'j 7. 0 I. /I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2376 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 I1 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REVOKING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONDUCT A VIDEO ARCADE BUSINESS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE LOWER LEVEL OF PLAZA CAMINO REAL AT 2525 EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: WOOLWORTH'S CASE NO: CUP-234 WHEREAS, a conditional use permit has been approve( City of Carlsbad Planning Commission on the 14th day of Sepi 1983; and WHEREAS, numerous complaints have been brought to attention of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municip, the Planning Commission did, on the 24th day of October, 191 a duly noticed public hearing to consider compliance of saic business with its conditions of approval on property descril Those portions of C and D lying within a parcel of situate in the City of Carlsbad, being a portion o Section 31 Township 11 South, Range 4 West San Ber Meridian and portions of Lots 19, 20 and 33 and of Eucalyptus Street according to Map 1136 filed in S County, , WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and conside testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to C NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
