The developer shall provide erosion control measures and shall construct temporary desiltation/dete basins of type, size and location as approved by the Ci Engineer. The developer shall pay the current local drainage area prior to approval of the issuance of any grading or bui permit for this project or shall construct drainage sys in conformance with the Master Drainage Plan and City c Carlsbad Standards as required by the City Engineer. The owner of the subject property shall execute a hold harmless agreement regarding drainage across the ad jace property prior to approval of any grading or building g for this project. The developer shall submit a detailed hydrologic and hy study of the drainage channel along the northerly line project prior to issuance of building permits and, subj the approval of the City Engineer, shall incorporate tt recommendations of the study as conditions of this appr The study shall be of content detail and scope to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
