APPLICANT: PEA SOUP ANDERSEN'S CASE NO.: ZC-322 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert! wit: Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No. 11284 recorded in Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County M, 1981 as File No. 81-145557, being a portion of Lot 1 Rancho Aqua Hedionda, according to Map thereof No. 823, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thc Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 12th da: December, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr: law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persc desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Zone Change; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannil Commission as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear the Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-322, based on following findings and subject to the following conditil Findings: 1) The CT-Q zone is consistent with the TS (Travel Service use designation of the General Plan.
