A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PI
TO ALLOW AN ELECTRONIC TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURI
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CAM

1) That the requested use is necessary or desirable for t
development of the community, is essentially in harmor
with the various elements and objectives of the Genera
and is not detrimental to existing uses or to uses
specifically permitted in the zone in which the propos is to be located, as discussed in the staff report.

2) That the site for the intended use is adequate in size (
shape to accommodate the use, as discussed in the staff
report .
3) That all of the yards, setbacks, walls, fences, landscal
and other features necessary to adjust the requested us1
existing or permitted future uses in the neighborhood w provided and maintained, as discussed in the staff rep0
4) That the street system serving the proposed use is adeq
properly handle all traffic generated by the proposed u
discussed in the staff report.
5) This project will not cause any significant environment
impacts and a Negative Declaration has been issued by t Use Planning Manager on December 20, 1984 and approved Planning Commission on January 9, 1985.
Conditions:
1) Approval is granted for CUP-263, as shown on Exhibits I , dated January 9, 1985, incorporated by reference i file in the Land Use Planning Office. Development shal substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these
conditions.
