WHEREA, at said public hearing, upon hearing and ''11 relating to CUP-263. 2o I; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann "1i Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 22 11 A) That the above recitations are true and correct. 23 24 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hea the Commission APPROVES CUP-263, based on the followin findings and subject to the following conditions: 25 11 Findings: 26 27 28 1) That the requested use is necessary or desirable for t development of the community, is essentially in harmor with the various elements and objectives of the Genera and is not detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically permitted in the zone in which the propos is to be located, as discussed in the staff report. Conditions: 1) Approval is granted for CUP-263, as shown on Exhibits I , dated January 9, 1985, incorporated by reference i file in the Land Use Planning Office.
