A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 10
UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF CHINQUAPIN AVENUE BETWEEN GARFIELD
STREET AND THE ATStSF RAILROAD.

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
