A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY (
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAT
FROM RLM ( 0-4 DU/AC) TO RM ( 4- 10 DU/AC) ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND HOSP WAY AT
FOREST STREET STUB.
APPLICANT: FIRST DARTHRON ASSOC.
