APPLICANT: RIRGIS CASE NO. : ZC-310 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert: wit: Portion of Lot F of Rancho Agua Hedionda according No. 823 filed November 16, 1896, lo Planning Commission; and l1 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to th, 12 WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as l3 January, 1985, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescril l5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 23rd da: 14 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and l6l1 law to consider said request; and I-7 11 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and l8 21 relating to the Zone Change; and 2o desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors I' considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all perst NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni 22 11 Commission as follows: 23 11 A) That the above recitations are true and correct. 24 25 26 27 28 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear the Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-310, based on following findings and subject to the following conditil Findinas: J 1) The proposed zone change to R-1-30,000 is consistent wi General Plan designation of RL since this designation w allow the site to be developed at a density of 0 - 1.5 I per the Carlsbad General Plan.
