A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PREANNEXATIONAL ZONE CHANGE FROM COUNTY RR-2 TO CIT
CARLSBAD R-1-30,000 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED B
THE SOUTHERLY EDGE OF THE KELLY RANCH AND MACARIO C,
PARK APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL.
