L- * 0 I. ll PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2409 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PE FOR THE FIRST PHASE OF AN EIGHTEEN ACRE COMMUNITY Pi? PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER C AVENUE AND TALMARACK AVENUE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannin Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
