APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO.! ZC-313 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert: wit: Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block A of Bella Vista accordin thereof No. 21 52, filed in the Off ice of the County Recorder, March 7, 1929, and a portion of Lot 10 of of the resubdivision of Tracts 238 and 243 of Thurn : according to Map thereof No. 21 03, filed in thee Of the County Recorder, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thi Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 23rd da: January, 1985, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescril law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persl desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Zone Change; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni, Commission as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
